TOTY Week 4 Challenge missing 2 Upgrade tokens

So I bought a toty pack and got an upgrade pack then did all the week 4 challenges and swear it gave me 4 upgrade tokens and a bunch of votes but go to upgrade my caf to “elite+” and I only have 3 upgrade tokens???

Pretty sure I saw the reward pack drop 4 upgrade tokens so I’m missing 2 that just disappeared

Ahhh didn’t even notice when I opened the pack, so I have 4 master upgrade tokens so far sitting in my collection. I’m ready for the 5 star cards to drop.

What's the deal with these elite plus? Improve Ferguson I thought I would have 5 for you, I lost the upgraded chip, the trick of the card, and I got the same 4-hole Ferguson what they enjoy increasing what's going on in this?

You have to upgrade to elite plus to be able to do the master tier upgrades
