What about it near Russia? Or in Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg).
It is really impossible to play, every game i see how my opponent fast and furious, while i always feel delay. Never see ping lower 35.

In all seriousness..I thought you guys were more into STIGA table hockey with how serious tournaments are down there more than video games?.
I was not sure you guys were into video games as much.
