Consistent 1200 points
Would using a gaming monitor instead of a 55 inch qled on game mode improve my input lag drastically or it doesnt matter much?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply!
Im destined to be average. Lol
Me too mate, I've been playing on and off since release date. Took a huge chunk out but I've played over 200 fights in this season (which I know is low compared to some) and my rating has always been 1200 in div 4
My missus tells me that it's just because I'm over 30 now and these kids have better reactions than me. Still doesn't stop my wanting to throw my controller across the room when I'm getting cartwheel kicked over and over haha
I more put it down to me only wanting to fight fairly with no cheese 😂
hahaha... Nah, man, it's not because you're over 30 or your "slow" reaction time. People spam their favorite moves and combos, that's just about it.
Me too, im 40 and still gaming brother. Id rather win by outsmarting the opponent instead of cheesing.
My missus wanted to throw the controller when i brought up a gaming monitor lmao.
Says i just suck and should stop playing.
I go like 8 wins 2 losses everynight i play, then that 10th beer gets me and its all downhill from there. I gotta stop drinking and fighting, but thats no fun. Lol
Fellas, your women should be more supportive!! Ask them to try a BW fighter. You never know, it just might grow on them.
Maybe u guys should listen to your missus a little bit more and spend time with her instead of pounding a game you are not beating. If you keep going on u might not have a missus soon.
I honestly didn't even think there is a 1200 level in this game so I'm assuming you are not grasping what it means to play UT. It's not like ranked at all. In UT at this time, year after game has been released, you really need to have a 5* fighter equipped. You need to have very solid GO-TO combos and multiple 4-5 * moves. It is all about impact and there is no long game. I'll try to go in and have matches with patience and these opponents are just busting out murderous combos with full stats across the board. It is eat or be eaten kind of an enviroment and you have to play without mercy from the get go.
You don't need to have all the spammy moves, but you have to have some on inflict as much pain as you can early in the fight. Obviously if you are top level player you can get away with "clean" move set, but for the rest of us...
I have my Balanced fighter with body knee - lead elbow - spinning elbow and my second big weapon is to combo spinning kick to body or head. I work those with my other moves that include 4 star roundhouse, 4 star straight and 4 star body roundhouse or 4 star jab. I have maxed out ground stats and good clinching for opponets that want to go down. And honestly, many times lower ranked guys can be good standing up, but suck in the ground. You just have to have beast stats across the board and well-rounded gameplay to find your opponents weak spot and work that in to oblivion. There is no mercy in UT, that is for sure.
With my striker I have the above minus ground stats, but even more weapons. I have leg kicks with leg perks and better variety of punches to the head + one more head kick combo variation. And brawler is between these builds... Those UT fighters need to be absolute monsters nowadays. You can't get away with any funny business here. It's brutal world we are fighting in.
As far as UT goes its brutal yes, but i keep it in perspective and as fun as possible. Mute the chat, drink some beers and throw hands. I get my fair share of subs!
I appreciate your advice, Ive never played ranked, I always liked the thought of building the best fighter I could.
Maybe I'll give ranked a look.
Thanks for the advice!!
They were talking about 1200 points, which in UT puts one in Division 4 and where most of us tread for the rest of the season.
😂😂
Glad I'm not the only one though.. And I'm the same on ranked. I've never played it.. I like opening packs too much.. Still dreaming of that gold Diaz 💪
Yeah, I know. I just didn't think there are players on that level... I thought it was impossible to have less than 1300 points really. But I guess someone needs to lose all the fights to others to have so much...
I might drop there myself next season and enjoy the fights with you guys.
Paltasari should be awarded a belt for his amazing play. Lmao!
Right now, I have a record of 134-106 losses and am sitting at 360 points. I am tired of explaining how I got quite a few of them. In division 4, we run into top 20 fighters consistently, probably because a lot of players don't want to deal with UT bull-crap and play ranked. I'm getting to the point of kissing UT goodbye and trying Ranked as well.
Wow someone's a bad man 😂😂
