Dressing room error strikes bad worst than ever
Hello, here to complain again... And for reason
Atleast finnish people with DNA internet service providers are almost unable to play EASHL since recent tuner launched ( Dressing room error like 9 out of 10 games) . Almost all teams and many players in Finland have problems with this because DNA is one of the most popular ISP's in Finland. Other EA games work normally.
Game worked good for few months and there were very few dressing room errors. Starts to feel like this is some evil master plan to destroy every single mode apart from HUT.
Lately many teams and players haven't played 6's club games because of this and they are waiting for fast fix to this problem. I am also waiting for fast fix for this as DNA isp owner and customer who paid 100 euros for this game.
And to add. I really believe NHL 20 is going to hit rock bottom with sales because of this years NHL and its countless problems. But well, that is just what I believe.

Same here, EASHL 6v6 is not playable at the moment for those who have DNA broadband.
(Edit: I only ask to see if they have peak hour rate limiting, plan changes, throttling, etc.)
And how frequent is it happening?
Wonder if where the other users are impacts it?
Wonder if it happens to multiple players at the same time... wonder if their peering back to EAs Europe net is dropping or congested or errored...
Wonder if EA sees a boat load of connection failures from your providers network/AS.
Haven't had this in the states.

Is there any chance that you could accept there is a massive issue with connection related problems now worldwide eh? It’s just gotta be everyone’s isp! Round the world all the isps are throttling us down wrecking our connections but only on NHL. No other titles are doing this to anyone! Must be our internet no way EA would have server problems....
"Your connection" does not equal "connection to EA". It just doesn't. It's not some direct thing on a flat network.
Asking questions to find root cause or solutions is not "ISP blaming."
If a crap load of people are complaining from one ISP my questions and scenarios raised are relevant, especially if the issue involves a desync scenario.
They have already acknowledged DREs are an issue, right? Why would I assume it would ALL be on a single ISP?
Maybe there are other factors in play here and having a relative idea who and where they are coming from may be a good thing to hash out since you aren't getting the answers you are looking for?
And in certain countries even over the wonderful and ever so boasted about fiber to the curb connections users have, providers still CAN have plans and terms to throttle, shift traffic and police during peak hours or when caps are hit. In my mind, it is a valid point. Also, some carriers where you are DO have wireline local access to your home but also backhaul via microwave and UE relay / LTE. Some rural areas have users on LTE access to their home. Not saying that scenario fits you or anyone else here posting. But you don't necessarily know how any of the 12 players are connected or where they are, or do you? Or is this irrelevant as well?
Lastly, I've rarely encountered it but I pretty much stick to club with minor dabbling in drop-ins. And I have not played any invite only private matches.
Hope this gets fixed for you guys soon. As I said, sounds frustrating.
