Scoreboard is ridiculous

The scoreboard is way too big. I prefer the small one from previous games that would fade out when the play is in the area. The new one is beastly and doesn't even fade out. When I am playing on classic cam and the puck is behind our net, I can't even see what is going on. Absolutely ridiculous. I am forced to play with no scoreboard now and I have no information being relayed to me.

Why can't we just toggle the scoreboard on/off during gameplay whenever we want? Left Trigger + Left Thumbstick button would be convenient.

Make sure you do the calibration and put the arrows as far as they will go to the screens edge.
I’m not having any visibility issues on classic.

Nothing to do with visibility issues....its such a dumb idea to have the score clock at the bottom of the screen. Every sports games and sports on TV has the score clock at the bottom of the screen, give us an option to put it back at the top. Even on "small" its massive and on top of that it starts flickering during PPs.....who came up with this bright idea to move it to the bottom and make it so big?

Tried turning it off or making it smaller and it’s not working as of the amount but this is pretty ugly at top of screen. New animations are cool but clock doesn’t disappear and it’s super hard to move puck around because you can’t see if you have players at the point or behind net. Needs to be fixed ASAP

They are all the way to the edge.

There are bugs with the calibration (which I reported) but regardless of when I fix that, the score bar at the button is terrible. Feels like the times I'm watching a game and an ad pops up at the bottom of the screen. It's taking up too much of an area I want to see ice.

I don't mind the score bug, I just wish that the power play visual was static and not moving around like that. It is mildly distracting.

I play D in EASHL and absolutely hate that I can’t see the arrow on the bottom of the screen anymore.

Didn’t even realize how much I look at it until now. I have no idea how I am positioned when we attack.

And no, I can’t use the touchpad. I need to see how our play develops at all times

Every person that I have played with has shut off the scoreboard....it has lead to some comical situations due to our lack of game awareness, but the scoreboard is the single worst thing about the beta.

No it’s not.. it’s in settings under game modes but not in main menu

Why can't you all just take feedback? Why does there have to be an abundance of "I have no issues, so it must be you." It's silly. The scoreboard is indeed huge and distracting. This doesn't concern me, as the game will (and has for a while now) have an option to move it or change the size/fade it out. But it is indeed ridiculous. OP isn't wrong. Unless of course you have a 70 inch TV. Then I'm sure it's fine.

No one is dismissing anyone and saying “it’s just you”. Those not having a problem with it are free to say so.

Maybe it’s different camera angles, maybe some haven’t completed the calibration, maybe some just hate it at the bottom. All feedback is welcome.

I don’t understand why they put the scoreboard on the bottom. I’ve never seen it on the bottom on tv ever before, every broadcast has it either top middle or top left.

It frustrates me that they advertise that their games are authentic yet they do stuff like this that just makes it silly. If it was exactly the same just on top it wouldn’t be as bad, still a bit distracting but would still be better.

I just want the scoreboard to be much smaller and have some more options to choose from on location. I like fade out options to just the clock also. I want the majority of the screen to show the game.

Scoreboard is horrible. Even in settimgs making it smaller or off is no good either. Deal breaker for me EA. Horrible idea!!!

Make it smaller, transparent, and able to be moved and get rid of the black bars on the side. Not that difficult but as it stands it’s game breaking

Almost everyone plays on overhead and it does take away the boards and glass behind the net as well as defenseman at point.. soooo
