Referee announcements

How come there still isn´t referee announcements? It would be nice if the referee would tell why the goal was waved off. Also it wouldn´t hurt if the referee would say the players number and the reason for the penalty. Most of the time you know the reason for penalty or why the goal doesn´t count but there are times when the goal is denied and I have no clue why? Referees does this in real hockey so I don´t see a reason why this hasn´t been in the game for a long time already
