NHL20 WOC Progression Changes

Hey everyone,
We’ve received lots of feedback around the WOC progression system, specifically with the potential inability to unlock highly desirable vanity items after hundreds of games played. To address this, we’ve changed our NHL20 progression system with the goal of providing sought after gear specific to what you accomplish in-game, as well as tie certain unlocks to your Player Level.
The first thing we’ve done is increased the Max Player Level from Prestige 3 Level 50 to Prestige 5 Level 50. This will allow players to continue to earn rewards deep into the games lifecycle.
Second, we’ve specifically tagged every item on an impact scale meaning that when you unlock a bag containing a legendary item, it will be something of significant value.
Thirdly, CHEL Bags will also be tied to Player and Goalie Skill Badges this lets rewards be earned from achievements like scoring 100 goals as a skater or making 200 saves as a goalie. It also means that you will see skaters earn more skater related items while goalies will earn more goalie related items.
For Club Bags we’ve made the following changes:
We’ve prioritized earning custom club logos and jersey styles early in progression.
Level 10 will allow your club to put logos on your jersey, as well as center ice.
Every 10 levels will earn you new arena.
Level 20 will unlock shoulder patches.
And at Level 25 and on you will start earning stock team branding uniforms and logos.
Finally, fan favorite items will now unlock at certain player levels (or earlier if you’re lucky). The Jersey Tuck will be unlocked for all players at level 25 while the Mouthguard will be unlock at level 50.
To celebrate these changes, we've provided all NHL19 players with a CHEL Bag containing the Jersey Tuck and Mouthguard, as well as 8 other items carrying a 50% chance to be legendary. We hope we’ve addressed concerns around our progression system and welcome any feedback as we prepare for the launch of NHL20.

Sounds great in general, but what does the above mean? I thought these bag items have no value at all, excepting possible esthetic or 'cool' factor? The value of which is debatable?
And nice to meet you, clappy_NHL - if this is your first post here?
I have only 1 concern.
In the menu where it shows you have unlocked bags in 19, it does not specify if it is a personal unlock or a club unlock. The only way to know is to click on it and then the game tells you only the manager can open that unlock, or bag... I would like to know ahead of time if it is mine, or the club's.
