Pls bring back old scoreboard position

Prev1
Dear EA pls give us choice to bring back old scoreboard position. On big TV, the match information is confusing. Especially watch the remaining time of power play.

  • Don’t understand why we wouldn’t be able to revert it the classic or at least move it.. seems simple enough and fixes a huge problem
  • Just another one of EA's questionable design decisions.
  • Or aditional information like - players info - etc. Pastrnak TOI 7:59 - 5 sh ots - it's hard to see.
Hope you understand me i am realy disappointed. . :disappointed:
  • The new scoreboard is terrible... for the love of god give us the option to change it.
  • Could be worse. Last night's Sens/Jets rookie game clock takes the cake!

  • New scoreboard is one of the worst things about NHL20. I'm playing the 10 hour preview through EA access and is one of the reasons why I might decide not to buy it this year.

It's too big, obstructs too much of the ice, and the animation during the powerplay is horribly distracting.
  • I hated the clock in the top left corner of the screen. Didn't always fade away when playing the puck in the area of the clock. I prefer it at the bottom of the screen. Thank you EA!
  • It's all about giving people choice. Some may like the new scoreboard, me and most my friends hate it. Customization is key. Let us choose between multiple scoreboards in different positions.
  • If they did that how would they say new improvements for nhl 21 includes new score board position at the top.

Would love the Top Left position back, but a correction to the fade issue that you pointed out. I think in 19 it only fades if the puck overlaps the the scoreboard area. Should be simple enough to have it fade if its anywhere NEAR the scoreboard area.

  • Just give us this scoreboard instead.

I feel like the only person who likes it positioned on the bottom

If you Play D, I doubt you have no issues at all. As a forward player I would be totally fine with the scoreboard on the bottom of the screen. But as a D man, I want it up top and as small as possible.
  • Yes, please give us an option to stick the Scoreboard to the Top with a smaller Size.
This is the most frustating thing in NHL20 for me.
  • Please do this i can't stand how it is now
  • The score bug position doesn't bother since I use the classic camera and can see everything I need to see. However, with that said, I wish the option to make it smaller actually did something because it's quite large. Much bigger than needed.

  • 100% endorse this thread!

As a 6s goalie, the flashing animation while killing a penalty is infuriating!
Like I need a strobe light going off when I'm trying to shut down a 5 on 3.

The only option I have is to turn it off. Meaning we can't tell time EVER.
At least give us the option to have the "Classic" scoreboard.

  • Preach

Traditional style scoreboard or add the “fade” option to the new scoreboard that use to happen with the old one

It's fine to like it where it is, but not to have a classic placement option is just.. odd.
  • Who at EA thought this was a great idea to have what appears to be a glitchy graphic when a team is on the powerplay? It's so distracting and I thought my game's graphics were going bad!

Where in the real NHL do you see something like this?? Just highlight the PP in red or something, but please, turn off that glitchy flashing affect! It's very distracting. Ugh.
