Rando's joining club lobby

Is there a setting that can be changed that prevents someone not in my club from simply hitting "join game" on me and dropping into my club lobby if they are not in my club?

Randoms should not be able to join club lobbies

Is the club set to public?
People can join game sessions from parties and if they are friends they can often follow through “now playing” or whatever the Xbox equivalent is.
