Delayed penalty bug
This has happened twice in the last two nights. Both times have been in EASHL 3s club games, but I don't know if it's limited to that mode.
Basically the whistle isn't blown right away when the offending team gets possession of the puck. The play continues for some time before it's eventually stopped.
