Would EA consider testing Sim mode as online normal?

Title says it all, really have no drive to play this online...offline against my son , using sim mode and a few small tweaks it’s fantastic. Would the dev team consider testing sim mode is the online default instead of the more ‘arcade’ competitive mode we currently have. They could gather feedback from the test.
