EASHL Spot Light Goalie and Player not working - at all

When you have a strobe effect selected for both goalie and skater. It defaults to the white/blue light for both goalie and skater. Not the effect selected in the Club Customization menu. None of the light effects or colors work. Have tested multiple configurations.
