This game is seriously broken, online is so laggy it’s unplayable. If you’re going to charge $80 for a game make it at least work online????? No reason my internet is flawless and I ping 120 ms to ur servers in alberta.

Issue a refund, sell your licenses or FIX YOUR SERVERS.... why can’t you just fix your servers for the love of everything holy

EA is very cheap when it comes to the NHL server, being a small population game they really try to save a buck by giving it very little server space, this causes the game to always feel bogged down as it doesn't take much to reach high traffic on the server.

We have been complaining about the server for years, you would think EA would just increase the server capacity to make sure it runs as smooth as possible, but NOPE!

The sad part is since they left the previous gen consoles they have never provided a smooth online experience since. 6 years of constant lag in their games and the funny thing is when the next gen of consoles come out we get to go through it all again

Yeup, forwarded the ports and hired a network engineer to configure my set up. Everything is dandy from my end
