Missing Red Jack-O-Lantern from Master Fighter reward pack

Has anyone else had this issue where after redeeming the set for the master fighter they haven’t been rewarded the red jack-o-lantern as well per the description for the reward set

Yea. I just checked it and You are right.. There should be the lantern in pack with master fighter but it wasnt there.. Im not surprised m... Its EA. Thompson who was meant to be brawler in last event is still striker

Common thing to happen. I didn't get my for the Master fighters I made. 3 Jack-O-Lanterns missed which is a lot!

EA's laziness will never cease to amaze me. But, better believe if the packs were accidentally giving out 10 jack o lanterns it would have been fixed with minutes.

EA's servers or playstation online? Is it letting you play online with other games? If so, maybe log in to EA on a computer browser and change your password something.

Apparently Spectrum has crap for DNS servers I guess because when I used default google ones my upload on the ps4 increased and solved the issue. In case anyone else has the issue.

Yeah I recently changed my DNS. Google was like the 5th fastest.

which one was fastest for you? Also, I've redeemed 2 red pumpkins for trophies and didn't get the trophy. Who should I ask about that?

I’ve gotten someone on the phone (pretty sure it’s a third party) for missing content as well. They were not too helpful. Basically told me to start a forum for missing content and then the developers could do something which they did fix the missing Jack O Lanterns from what I’ve over heard. Although it Looks like anybody that redeemed a master fighter before the fix is SOL. I did claim trophies with the Red Jacks but didn’t have the same problem your talking about

I've tried contacting them about it. They are not very helpful or willing to anyway. Oh well. They just want to push people away from their games that's cool.
