HUT Rivals Glitch

with about 16 hours left in this weeks rivals, i was sent back to division 10, from division 2. I was in game, winning 4-1 i believe, when my opponent rage quit, after exiting the game, not only did i not get any points, but i’m now in division 10 and so are my rewards for this week when it should be division 3 rewards (that’s the division i started in this week but recently advanced to division 2) i don’t care about the missing points for the 1 game, i just want the rewards that i earned. Please Help me

  • i got on monday around 4:00pm on monday, i looked at rivals and the rewards for diamond were x2 Ultimate pack, and x2 NHL Players Pack (untradeable)

    around my 5th or 6th game of the day my opponent rage quit because i was winning 4-1, when i left the game it said my skill rating was 0 and i was in division 10 (before the game my skill rating was around 1870 and i was in division 2)
    Now when i view my rewards they are x2 Mega Pack and x2 Jumbo Premium pack, which are significantly worse than the rewards i should be getting

    i played another game and it said +1870 skill rating, and sent me back to division 2, however when i view the rewards i can get, they are still the rewards for division 10...
    please help me i want the rewards that i earned please, i shouldn’t get worse rewards because you’re game bugged

    i talked to someone through live chat on EA help and they said they couldn’t help because i had no proof

    i now do have proof, anyone who knows the game and understands the rivals mode, know it would be impossible to have 14,000 rivals points for the week, and have a 0 skill rating in division 10, i have this recorded on my PS4 and could post for proof
  • i also have a picture of the game saying “You’ve been Promoted to Division 2”
    it says “Previous Division 10” and “Promoted Division 2” and “+1868 Skill Rating”

    So obviously the game knew i belonged in Division 2 and i’m glad it sent me straight back, but when i view my rewards, they are still the same rewards for division 10. So i’m getting division 10 rewards, even though i’m in division 2...

    Hey, @Tweef___kkd!

    Thank you reaching out. Have you tried power cycling your console and network to establish a new connection to the servers? It's possible this is a UI error that needs to be fixed by re-syncing with the servers.
  • Yes, @EA_Blueberry i’ve tried multiple times, nothing so far has resolved the issue

    Wow. I've heard this from EA for a few years now. They don't want to fix the problem, it's always recycle your console,or rebuild database . I have never had to to that with any other game. Maybe its the game. My suggestion is we all quit buying games from EA .
