EA Access subscriptions

Everyone please be aware that when you sign up for a 1 month EA Access membership, EA fails to relay the fact that they will keep auto-renewing your subscription through the console without your consent. You must go into your settings and turn off auto-renewal manually. Everyone please check your accounts and make sure they aren't robbing you like they did me. Have a safe and happy holidays.

This isnt a scummy EA tactic out to get you. Most, if not all companies use this method. Amazon, Sony, Xbox, Netflix, Disney etc... all offer membership plans and if you dont cancel or turn off auto-renew then you will be charged.

All you can do is contact EA and request a refund but note that the onus is on you to track your memberships.
