Can someone tell me what message you get if you can not login to NHL 20 hut because i know someone who can not login at all it the messages said that he could not login i said i think he got banned but he said he did not get banned at all but he is a huge raging gamer so please someone leave me a message about this thank you

I believe the message is along the lines of not being able to connect to the servers. Sorry. I know that's super vague, but I just don't know for sure what it is. However, when you've had your account actioned for violating the Terms of Service, you get an email saying so. They can also contact a live support advisor or @EAHelp through Twitter to find out if their account has been actioned.

Can he get to the main menu? If so, he should be able to go to Settings > Online Settings > EA Account Info to see his email.

Come to think of it, I get a "can't connect to the servers" message a lot. I get it when I go into the upload clip mode and exit out. Upper right corner says I'm not connected anymore to the EA servers.
