Why was my user name changed to “user nameXXXXXX” ????

Just like the title says.

For some reason, my user name (Efbomb) was changed to “username” with a bunch of numbers attached.

I tried to change it back in “edit profile”, but it won’t let me.

guess EA found the user name offensive so thats why

You'll need to update your name on your EA account. Visit Origin.com and sign in. Visit EA Account & Billing under settings in the bottom left corner where your picture is.
