Hitting (Chel)
One of the most frustrating things(there's a lot) in this game is the nerfed hitting in this years EASHL.
I would like to see it back where it was in 2017, I thought that was a good balance.
Having said that, there are a few more changes I would make.
1- Get ride of the charging penalty(Chel only). We didn't have it last gen and it was great. You need so much speed and momentum right now to make a successful hit it often leads to a charge. Not to mention the charging calls are pretty inconsistent.
2- Speaking of inconsistent, interference penalties. First off I'd like to see the time when the opponent passes the puck to where you can check them legally, extended. It's a bit too short IMO.
Also, when you DO make a successful check, sometimes you follow through and bump another opposing player which will get called an interference penalty. If possible please eliminate this possibility.
3- Bump checking. In no way, shape or form should a 6'4 230 lb player lose control of the puck while on a breakaway after getting 'bumped' from behind, especially by a smaller player(it's usually the CPU).

2. I've spoken with a CM about his and provided examples - the team is aware of this issue; hopefully something gets done.
3. I agree but also think small players shouldn't get absolutely demolished by light taps from giant monsters either
Agree with all...especially number 3. What's worse is when number 3 happens you enter a "stunned/frozen" animation where you uncontrollably over-skate the puck it falls perfectly to the checker behind you.
