Goal arena effect with multiple spotlights

A team I played against the other day had an interesting arena effect when scoring a goal. Rather than a single light over the goal that was strobing or static, it was a light with multiple spot lights...probably 8-10 different lights...radiating around the goal. I don't see that option in my settings anywhere...how does one acquire this or create this light?

Ahhh.....thanks! I would never have guessed that. I'll tinker with the arenas to see if I can find it. Will update here if/when I figure it out.

At least Pro Stadium 7 will work for this, in case anyone else wondered.
