Did the screen get stuck there like that while game was in play? If so, did you record it so we can see what helped lead up to that happening or if you know anything specific that could be triggering it? We'll relay it over the team. I know it's frustrating sometimes to deal with bugs, the more info the better though if we're looking to report bugs their way. I can't confirm what's exactly happening here based off the info in this post.
When a team pauses the game, the clock will hit 0 and wont go back to the game. You can still scroll up and down and click on peoples PSN. It could be there for a few seconds or minutes, and most of the time its the latter. Its like that for everyone. People just force quit out of the game 9 times out of 10. This happens way too much. It shouldn't ever happen. This has been in the game for years. It gets very frustrating.
