Inconsistent AI

Why is it that sometimes my AI doesn't block One timer passes to save his life but the other teams will? Like one teams is always better than the others. And AI pen shots are a literal joke its either good deke or run into the goalie. Am i trippin or is this for everyone?

AI penalty shots have been hilarious since they were introduced. Literally skate into the goalie or are prime Datsuyk. No middle ground whatsoever.
