please EA listen to customers: we want 5 matches to fully try the game (as nba2k21 demo)

Yes, I am very dissatisfied with the inconsistent games nhl19 and nhl20. Therefore, as a customer, I have the right to try the game before buying. I returned NHL 20 and my money was returned. Thank you EA, you're a Ferr dealer. But I will still enter so that I can try the whole game offline in advance mode all 3 thirds. When it offers 2k competition, EA can't be left behind or can it?

    While it's not totally free, having an EA Play subscription gives you access to the 10 hour trial.

    it is something new for me. EA access is the same as EA Play now. I can do play anything 10 hours from EA play list as a trial right? Each game 10 hours, right?

    Yes.

    And it'll get better for Xbox Game Pass owners this holiday (probably around the launch of the New Consoles) as EA Play will be integrated into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free.

    So you won't need to pay for 2 services if you have XGPU.
