Goalies are crap (superstar full sim)

2 games in now in franchise mode, i score on 40 % of my shots. The cpu defenders are so slow and will not attack you on the boards, so I just skate around them, and with the diagonal pass the cpu goaltenders saves nothing. Luckily there are sliders but come on?

But Be a pro mode is fun!

What level are you playing on? Superstar seems to be decent.

I play on superstar. My players seem too fast and goal scoring is way too easy. And cpu defenders will just let you go around them.

I play on the pro setting and I was about to bump it up a notch after a few weeks of getting the game because scoring was to easy, but then I bumped the gameplay setting from either the second or third option to the full sim option, now I score a bit less and I'm close to upping the difficulty once more. full sim makes the players a lot slower and shot accuracy is lowered along with a boatload of other sliders.

I play on full sim as well. Guess ive just figured the game out. If i dont skate around the defenders, circle up and pass it to who ever shows up at the net then sure it is hard to score. But i should not have to adjust on the hardest difficulty.

I set the overall league goal scoring on high. But that does not affect in game goal scoring right?

I give up on this. Superstar full sim is like rookie arcade. My players are 1,5 times faster than the cpu. I play 4 minutes periods and score 8 goals per game. I dont say this to brag, quite the opposite, i want to struggle to score like on NHL 20.. This must be a bug!?

Maybe, try 94 controls. I fall miserably when I go from Classic controls to 94.... It's sad. lol
