Why does my team seem like it has lead in its boots?

Normally I play i get a game like this every now abd then. This morning however it has been brutal. 6 games all if then the same laggy garbage games. They are slow cant move well barely pass. I still won but man this is not what I paid for, I did not pay for garbage, if I wanted that I'd play something else. I designed my team for speed not this trash. Granted distributor and howitzer are active. You all need to figure that out or a refund is expected within a few days abd I'll get my hockey fix off nhl 20.
