EA now not gonna giving rewards for HUT Rivals

I logged in today and noticed that despite finishing diamond, EA would not be giving me rewards at all. I worked hard to win all these games and was ready to pick option three and accept my 52,000 pucks. I searched frantically for a message of them saying they were still processing the results, or to press triangle to accept the rewards, but that would not come to fruition. I did check to see if this was recorded properly and checked last seasons results and it says that I indeed reach diamond.

EA, what is up with the false advertising and broken promises?!

it take 24 hours for the reward so at 17h eastern time you will be able to claim it

Wrong bro. Dead wrong.

There is a no prompt saying to press triangle and collect the reward. How is this a perfect game? It's a broken game.
