Fix the cap problem PLEASE

I'm sick of losing players on waivers because EA cant program cap properly... Just lost my starting goalie because i had to use stupid "auto fix rosters" I am right in the middle of the cap floor a ceiling there is no reason i shouldnt be able to drop down ANY player i choose.

This is a problem that has been in the game for years.... FIX YOUR DANG GAME jesus

My roster is about $5mil below the cap, but I’m about $3mil over because of buyouts and retained salaries. I can’t drop someone who makes $750k because my team “would be under the cap.” So annoying.

2bc is doing a GM mode and Toronto's cap was $115 million lol. He had salary cap on as well.What a joke.

I think thats be a pro right? be a pro is hilarious with the trades... some team will always get Ovechkin yet because they hide everything in a be pro it looks like they gave up nothing for him.

With a Franchise its always some 750 k paid player that i cant drop down because id be below the cap. Then they will "auto fix roster" and drop someone getting paid 925 k instead.

I really think maybe 10 people work on this game.

cap problem here, Kessel's real salary cap is 8 mil, Toronto is retaining 1.2 mil of it, but the 1.2 mil is not logged in the franchise, it should be logged with every team that retains prior salaries. does anyone have a clue to what I'm saying, if not sorry for confusing you. lol

Did you leave "authentic cap penalties" on?
I have noticed Toronto always has 1.2 mil in retained salary. Other teams also have retained salary that are paying for buyouts.

Don't know, maybe I don't have the right settings, I noticed when i would get drafted in be a pro the sharks were picking 3, EA has the setting so weird, I'll mess with the franchise settings this weekend. For the past few years I've noticed Toronto never had Kessel's 1.2 retained, I don't know why that is the default, realism should be the default, none of this arcade trash.
