PS4 franchise mode freezing.

If it happened once or twice it would be whatever but almost every game I play at a face off the game crashes with the PS4 error code back to the desktop. I’ve lost so many games because of this as you can’t resume mid game. Does anybody know what to do? I never have had this game freeze in franchise since like last gen. It only started since the last update.

Anybody have any ideas on what I can do?
