Franchise is broken now

After installing both the patch an roster update today franchise is broken when starting a new career picking 32 team expansion league with custom rosters selecting the created team when you advance to enter your GMs name the game crashes ive tried 5 times same result each time anyone else having this issue?

Update: 32 team default rosters crashes as well
Classic 31 team league does not crash though
