Boarding question aj

Is there any chance something was changed in the sliders for this? I have taken a fair amount of boarding penalties compared to usual. If I can ill see if I can nab a video of the computer turning there player player to get the call. However it is on nearly every hit close to the boards which is a little irrating.

  • I've been getting a ton of game misconducts because of this.

Nothing has changed that would cause these to occur more frequently all of a sudden. It would be best to try to avoid hitting players on the boards. Boardplaying would probably be a better option.

does it matter with bodychecking stats? I seem to get it with my players who have high body checking stats. For instance if I ram a guy to the boards with Elias Pettersson, the play goes on but if I make the same play with Shae Weber, he'll get a game misconduct.

It could have to do with discipline. Which versions of those players do you have?

They both have pretty high discipline, but it doesn't mean they'll never take a major. How often is this happening? The best way to avoid these penalties is to not hit players facing the boards.

Happens with my d-man almost every game in squad battles maybe every third in Rivals. Not so much with my forwards but my D-men gets it all the time. A few times I had 3 game misconducts in the same game all with D-men,

I'm not aware of any issues with this and we're not receiving other complaints. I haven't had a misconduct for boarding in quite a while myself, but I'm also careful about hitting guys on the boards. If we notice any issues, they'll be investigated. I think you just need to be more careful about smashing players on the boards with their back turned to you.
