So because I was able to get my hands on ps5 early even though I originally started a team on PS4 now that I have a PS5 and started a team I won’t be able to do the transfer in December is what you’re saying. What about my pre-order version and the money I spent on PS4 you’re saying I have to just let all that go to waste? That’s pretty silly if that’s the case.

That's understanding which means they ripped you off by overcharging you for the x factor edition which was meaningless in terms of an upgrade.
So basically we are all being punished because we can't even purchase a ps5 for the last year. So even if we lay out $100 for this xfactor crap and hope we can maybe play it one day on this fantasy ps5 we can't buy then we get greeted with the fact that our PS4 progress can't be transferred. I play franchise and season mode personally. Seems to me like I should skip this year all together and save the money and aggregation until these damn ps5s are readily available at retail prices.

You cannot transfer content from the Xbox family to PlayStation family, or vise-versa. It can only be XB1 > Xbox X/S or PS4 > PS5.

So your saying for everyone started playing PS4 then finaly got an PS5 and created a new hut team, we will not have the option to transfer players from PS4 to PS5 team?!!

Is there really no exception that be made? Sure I made the mistake of starting a new hut team on my ps5 but who doesn’t want to play on a new console?
I paid for the X factor edition, bought packs, built a high level team on ps4 and just got a ps5 recently and I get no chance to migrate any cards and progress over?
I’m sure there’s many more people out there on this boat, who can we contact to escalate this problem?
I’m sure you guys don’t care what your consumers feel but this made me feel gutted as I’ve been looking forward to migrating my ps4 team. Not sure why it matters when people are able to get a new gen console, we all want it migrated. A lot of $ has been paid for this game and us the costumers have no say what so ever. Any help would be appreciated.

Exactly what I did and now I’m finding out that we just screwed our selves. Sure it was stated but the wording was confusing and it doesn’t seem they are willing to give players like us any help. Why are we punished for spending money and starting a hut team a few weeks earlier than they are telling us to. Feeling absolutely gutted, and several hundred $ lighter. If they don’t change their rules on this they lost a customer.
I did the hut migration from ps4 to ps5. I've seen that all the other players who have done the migration have received double the amount of collectibles that they had left over or used in last gen console. I only received what i had left over, and it didn't double up like for other players. This just puts me in a big disadvantage compared to other players and i find it very unfair.

The collectible quantity increase wasn’t intended. Those people got lucky.
I installed the game on Xbox next gen. However, most of the people I wish to be playing with are using the current gen. Am I able to run the current gen version on my next gen system with my HUT team intact?
