NHL 22 EA Play Top Priority Issues Update
We wanted to give you some insight into some of the top priority issues we are tracking from the NHL 22 Early Access Trial.
#1 We are aware of an issue where players in HUT Rush and HUT Rivals are disconnected from their online game session after a face-off sequence. Early investigations indicate that this typically happens when players enter HUT after playing a non-HUT online game.
Restarting the game and entering into HUT directly will resolve this issue in the short term. In the meantime, a more permanent solution is our top priority.
Fixing this issue will require a patch and we will let you know when we have a timeline for when that will become available.
#2 We’re aware of the issues surrounding the auction house including players items and currency becoming stuck in the auction house. We are continuing to work towards a fix and will be temporarily be shutting off the auction house to avoid more players running into this issue.
While the auction house is offline, you will temporarily receive an error message when making a bid or posting an auction item. When you make a trade offer it will look like it occurred but the items will remain in your collection. We will provide updates as more information comes in.
We are investigating additional community feedback, but these two issues above are our top priority. The team is working continuously to ensure we are able to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued feedback and patience.
