EADevs: Let us choose between East/West/Europe servers

I play on a team of 6 players. 5 of us are from the west, and 1 is from the east. Whenever we play with the 1 guy from the East, it puts us on East servers and I lag horribly. It makes me not wanna play this game at all.

Please go back to the old way from NHL 14/16:
- In the dressing room you can choose to match your region (exact or relaxed)
