When you upgrade an SC to MOV; this is how it will be identified.
Some GMs choose to still use SC until they can afford the MOV version.
The upg from SC to MOV is covered under the rules tab.
As a reminder; "BUYER BEWARE" When you own the MOV...it's an auto ww hit when EA releases and upgrade to that player. This is applied with 24hrs.
Some players never got an SC; so they are MOV. (KucherovMOV, GirouxMOV, etc)

I counted only 11 currently on rosters. Next week I will begin to give priority on 86SC trades with LR. This means that any trade that has an 86SC coming into LR will get 1st look and highest priority. This will happen Nov. 21st (upgrades). Be ready for it....

you will only make 1 offer to LR upg; 1 offer to LR downgrade, 1 offer to FA.
So, no one will make more than 3 moves with the league.
Daily GM to GM trading is status quo.
All trade offers/ LR offers/ FA offers must to me directly.
I will do the processing and approvals.
These will be listed on the trade tab for Jay to update rosters.
Also, Jay will take a bigger role in helping me on the Admin side to ensure I'm not taking on too much.
Finally, I am withdrawing all the Awards and payouts. I don't like that some of the most inactives within the league may benefit most cuz they are better players. It's not fair that the most active guys get nothing. At the end of the yr; I will payout who I feel is deserving.
I'll rework payouts and get caught up with outsanding ones once I can get this league moving again.
In an agreement with all of you. Don't cross that line of bullying. If you never heard of cyber bullying. Google it.....It's against the law. I will not disciple anyone for bullying. I want you guys to notice this rule on auto hits when you own a MOV that get an upg ...eg. TOTW POTG
This means that WW hit MUST be applied asap
Because its an auto; suffice penalty. It's applied immediately. This was done prior to LR processing. Allowing both TB VAN to move up the ranks as LR gets processed.
This is different from an "OPTIONAL" upg where a GM orders to do...causing them to sit at the bottom of ww until set date. Hope you guys see the difference in these 2 situations.
