  • Just gave 200k+ worth of players and coins to someone. NEVER BUYING NHL AGAIN!
  • This game is an easy Christmas gift
  • So you think more people will still be getting it
  • Why never buying again

    Why does that surprise you?

  • You're probably right. I keep matching up with the same people.
  • Maybe because the hand just came out

    Why wasn't it me :disappointed:

  • I've been messing around with offline franchise mode. Offline is not something I usually touch. The gameplay is brutal this year IMO. I can't even bother at this point.
  • The only people playing are the true die hards. I have a feeling this might be the least played edition in a long time.

That's odd because I think it's the best one in years. The last couple were not so good

Not to be rude but were you brutal in the older games? Maybe you're enjoying it now that you're having some games go your way? Just trying to make sense out of how some people claim that they're enjoying this.

Any of my friends that played this series that had any skill are long long gone. That being said, the god awful ones that never cared to get any better still play.

Ive always been fairly decent at NHL in 14/15 I was top 500 in HUT, I have definitely scaled my playing back but thats more due to my job/family. While this year does have its issues I still think once that stuff gets fixed this'll be a pretty solid year. Im still playing at a pretty high level and enjoying 6's in club and HUT so far.

    To each their own.

  • Games allready on sale. I'm never the best or worst in the series. Not enough time to commit. I believe lower numbers of players to be because of online lag/server issues over the last few years. I've had each game since they started, not going to stop till they do. Definitely enjoying my time spent though whether online or off.
  • I have been good every year, not great but good. I'm loving this game so far this year.
  • This years game is very friendly to the average skilled player.

    This.
Intentionally or not, but the difference between good players and casual ones are narrowing every year

    Think the same.
  • Maybe the fact that many people cannot even log into HUT is also a contributing factor.

The "Inivinite Loading Screen" is causing some big problems for players and a very high frustration rate.

Here's some more info on that matter:

  • I'm loving the game. And I'm worse this year. I've always been around a 60%. This year I'm under 500. But it's fun. Completing sets is also a nice addition. Love all the new cards. Can't wait to see what's next and what they do for movember.
