what is with the be a pro and cpu strategy adjustments (AI CPU comeback logic)

I have be a pro strategy adjustment: 6 and CPU Strategy Adjustment: 2 or 1, and the AI CPU is still coming back and still doing sick snipes, like AI CPU still outworking my offense by far and my offense at 6 is not doing what they should be doing, like what the man.
