Worst Soundtrack of any game in Existance

I know I made a post about complaining and people brought up good responses in kind. That's why I felt comfortable creating this thread. NHL 17 HAS THE WORST SOUNDTRACK OF ANY GAME IN THE HISTORY OF VIDEO GAMES. When I turn the game on I have to have the TV on mute. I am not lying when I say that the soundtrack makes me want to vomit. I would trade every tune in the game for this soundtrack to be deleted from existence.

Songs aren't that bad imo (I am not a fan of modern music) but the big problem is that it seems to be the same 4-5 songs over and over... There should be 3-4 times more diversity, it's awful to hear to same song 5 times a day.

Go onto custom settings and try changing to menu music type to NHL 17 theme

Is there any way to turn off certain songs like you could back in the good old days? I've heard enough of Underestimated, heard plenty of William Davies Doin' what he does, and gone Round and Round way too much. Wondering if we could turn off certain songs or we'll stuck with all of them...

I'd love to hear the hockey classics...

But I will give them props for using monster truck again, a Canadian band ... Would be nice if they added some tragically hip to honor a great Canadian band.

It does seem like the same songs over and over. I wouldn't mind the orchestra version but please not the same recycled one for the last 3 years.

As @Shawn96 said they could of added a lot more song, its not that bad though, its very similiar to Fight Nights sound track.

Besides if you dont like it, make your own playlist and upload it to your xbox, quit being so lazy and whining about it and fix the problem you have yourself, they have given you the tools

This is the first year I disabled the entire soundtrack. Some years I disable a song or two I specifically dont like. But this year there isnt a single song I actually like

Honestly, I don't mind half of the songs in the soundtrack. My problem is that almost all of them don't really jive well with a hockey game. I'll use this TV commercial to use as an example of what it feels like sometimes:

I have background music players or hell real life players if I wanted to listen to music. Ingame songs that aren't associated with goal songs are just a waste of money that could help fund their late night coffee binge so our stick lifts aren't broken at the start of NHL 18 after we play a better for 18 that had it all working perfectly fine.
