If your on xbox one don't call microsoft it will be a very very frustrating but if you do call your bank first make sure everything is OK first ...I had the same problem and I waited around two days and everything is fine know

Yes, you don't have any money. Your credit card is being declined.

That's funny cause I bought a card and have the money sitting in my Microsoft account and have used some to buy DLC for another game, I won't put my cc info out there I only buy the cards.
