Tried to play locked position goalie and AI is OP!
So I started in div 3, didnt know how to play as a goalie and mainly used left stick to be in right position. Learn to do the dives and other stuff on the way and won div 3 title. I then won div 2 title and now I won div 1 title.
The AI is pretty sick, scores 4-5 goals in almost every game and play a really solid D,
No wonder people play that awful skillzone and trap. Can the game be more boring than playing an all out defensive mindset with skillzone and trap?
I have yet to find a fun game in div 1, no variety at all.
The finnish players really like that way of playing that way for some reason, as I live in Sweden I get a lot of match ups against the fins and in over 200 games vs finnish players not a single one havent played skillzone or trap.
So now when I get matches against the fins I will play goalie, AI vs AI the rest I play normal

I have won div 1 a few times so I consider myself a bit above average player without playing as goalie.
My team is pretty stacked with heroes, legends and a bunch of Movembers that are 89-91

Keep up the good play if you really are in Division 1. Anyone who gets a boost of ego from saying lies on the internet is pretty pathetic. Thus, I give you the benefit of the doubt whether you have 1 post or 6,000.
I'll defend anyone... the whole point of this forum is to be a part of community and all I see people bashing everyone who doesn't agree 100% with everything they think...

I play HumanGoalie online 3-5 times a week... I defend him because for one, he is good; and two, he's not a **** like most of you

I won div 3 and 2 on same day.
And Div 1 day after.
How is that unheard of? I can win div 3 and 2 by not playing goalie in a day.
Yeah I recently signed up I have been playing HUT since NHL 15.
I play around 1000 games per year.
I dont have any video proof of it of course I can show you a game where I play goalie in div 1.
Only proof I have is my trophy screen so you can see I won them all, except for cups, only played one cup.
But that is not the point. Im far away best player in HUT as I said I consider myself above averge, but as a goalie I didnt have to do that much to win games, I never thought it was so easy but as AI scored so much goals and played so good defense I just had to be in the right position for shots, as a player I can see where opponent are going to shoot because I shoot the same from point or short side cheese so just have to stand on right side where the shot comes and goalie makes the automatic save and then aggressive slide on breakaways. I gave up 2-3 goals even 4 in some games but they went to OT where AI won it for me.
In all those matches I lost like 4-5 total.
I dont see the point to make this up. I wanted to test how good AI really are because I think they are OP hence everybody use skillzone and trap and I hate that. If I wasnt that good that would mean players have to take control more of the defensive part of the game.
With skaters I managed to win div 3 title, with goalie I dropped right down from div 2, and then even div 3
It was harder to find players in Div 1 that wouldnt quit and I cant blame then, I think also it is super boring to play against lock position.
Again Im not bragging or think Im good at playing goalie, I just wanted to try it out and see how good or bad it would go and it went so much better than I could think that why I was amazed and posted here to bring up a discussion about AI being to OP.
I have a really stacked team, if I would try it with maybe 86 overall it would probably be much harder.
I can also post picture from NHL 16 showing over 1000 games played if you need that kind of proof. Im not here to lie or showing off, I couldnt care less about if people think im good or not.
