We need a new system for this...
Players just can't be stuck with their potentials so much. Panthers have Malgin, a 19 year old who is 78 overall at the beginning of the season and because of his AHL potential he develops to 79 overall...
Why can't players just develop depending on how they play in the game? It sucks that I have to throw 50% of the team to garbage every time I start a new franchise mode.
