can we just agree on fixing 2 simple things without a debate?

1) "remembered" one timers when a puck is missed, especially when the shooting player is now behind the goal line and would NEVER take a one-timer, should be canceled. The player should retain control of the skater.

2) player switching in vs mode prior to '15 was fairly predictable and reasonable... in '17 (and IIRC 15 and 16) it's unpredictable and frustrating... can we please go back to how it used to be?

I don't think there's likely to be any disagreement on these. #1 has been a problem for like a decade (no, literally, like a decade!) and should really be fixed. Players simply shouldn't do things they obviously would never do.

Can confirm, #1 should have been fixed in 07 or 08. #2 nobody knows how they managed to screw up lol but don't worry, it's a "known issue" and solutions are "being looked into".... For next year

#1 is so annoying, especially after they miss the puck 98% of the time they whiff at it again. #2 is a simple fix, just cycle through all skaters, please? I can speed through the buttons to get to my desired player. Just to add to #2 can we take off the player indicator, my opponents rely on that to know which way they're going to exploit the broken engine. Player indicator should solely be for the users own knowledge, not their opponents.

Good post, both of these things definitely need fixed. Especially the double one-timer thing that's been in the game since last gen.
