Chris Neal market off the chart?
I get the reason why his card is going for over 15,000+ coins. What I don't get is, why is there a limited quantity on the market (xbox 1). I never see more than 4. I remember last year or was it two years ago they had an issue replenishing the cards on the market (Arizona - Rieder), there were a few on the bronze level. Needless to say, this drove the market for the scare cards that did get on the market through the roof. Did this happen with Chris Neal?
