Video of a guy jumping 10 feet in the air, one game is fine the next, physics out the window

How has this not been fixed yet? It's been happening since the ps3 days. For no reason at all the game just changes and everyone is just landing on top of each other, puck is flying off the walls. It's not a settings issue. One Game is fine, next it's an stupid arcade game for a couple of games, then it's back to normal. It's been happening for years. I've reported it before. Last years game, my team once huddled in center ice in the middle of the game during a face off. This isn't football. Video isn't great. I am not sure how to capture video and download it on the ps4. I didn't even touch the guy.
