Puck Ragging

EA, can you please fix our ai teammates to actually forechek when someone is puck ragging?

Played a guy today who ragged for the entire third period. My strats were on full forecheck and full out attack and my teammate ai where standing there looking at the sky. They shouldve been supporting in trying to get the puck but they did **** all.

Please fix this.

Ya it sucks when your AI doesn't support... Chances are that's what they want , your AI to pinch and get the easy odd man ...


Don't know if any people do this but holding Y by the boards is the best thing you can do ...

You have to set strat to 1-2-2 aggressive along with full forecheck and full out attack, then your AI will go after the puck holder and you can cover the other side he is going.

Sometimes it helps to switch to the last man back and let the AI do all the forecheck.

it all depends.. I don't switch to a designated player ever, it is always different. I tend to switch to whom I think is the most important person on the ice who cannot make a mistake.. I will be d.amned if I read a cross crease pass for the OneTimer but my AI doesn't not intercept the pass and they score.. I will take control of the Dman in front of the net to make sure that pass does not get through

I had it set to 1-2-2 agressive blue and full attack and they were all just standing there. Wish i recorded it.

I meant on the puck ragging. If he's behind the net the three AI can close him off pretty well if you're having trouble doing it as one of the forwards.

yea I wasn't commenting specifically on what you were saying, more so just on the topic of changing players period

Up your defence to High Pressure. That should make the difference. I'm not sure if you can play with sliders in game but thats also an option.
