Do Synergies Actually Make A Difference

Ok so back when the game first came out I had quite a few synergies active and would build my team to accommodate these synergies. Fast forward to now ( I stopped playing HUT for 3 months, sold team) I started working the market and have a pretty solid team, mind you I didn't focus on any synergies so I literally have none right now.

Now I am playing games online a lot and I have been up against teams with full heroes special cards MOV etc . Not only am I beating everyone I play, its as if my team has every synergy active . They pass great, great defensively , well positioned , killer speed, I don't know what it is , but I really don't think synergies have that big of an effect on the game. Thoughts?

They work for me. I want to activate more. If you believe like some that a team of 86s with no synergies and no coaches can compete, then go right ahead. But every time I play a team of scrubs, I blow them away. A team of hero's and or studs, that's a different story.

All I know is when I was playing teams with TW when I didn't have it activated, I noticed I would be slower... once I added it my team was noticeably faster..

add BOMBER synergy and watch how everyone on your team RIPS their slapshots, then tell me synergies don't work...

I think the real question is how much do "STATS" actually matter, not do they actually get boosted with synergies

LOL, isn't this the truth? You see people boasting about scrub teams of all 80's but every time I've had the chance to play one I've destroyed them. You don't see those kinds of teams in D1 very often.

I use TW, WC, 1T, TT, T, WW, OJ, DR, RF, NP & BB and i rock my team! They play insanely good atm. Synergies Does mather!

All I know it my team plays fine and I do well so I can't complain.

I have issues with TT right now. my passing is always 70% or higher without it, when i activate it my passing is somewhere around the high 50 low 60s range.

I have certainly noticed the synergy difference.

B and TW are dealbreakers for me.

TW is for sure, or at least it feels like it. ive got some ridiculous amount of synergies active right now and my passing is pathetic, worst ive ever seen it in the 500+ games played.

I've never used synergies before. I have 3 90's and the rest are 80's and I'm in div 1. I honestly think with or without synergies. With or without hero's and legends, the game will never be consistent, I've played games where a team of 87's and 88's which is equal to mine are much faster, I've had games where movember everything teams with synergies are slow compared to mine. It's all about connection, in my experience, nothing else plays a bigger role.
