Signed up before deadline and have not TOTY reward

im at same place i call ea this morning and they tell me the reward wasn't for everyone

it was for everybody living in North America that signed up for NHL rewards..... which was the case with me, so I should have gotten it?

Still haven't gotten my reward, and now I didn't get my pack reward for being in the top 5000 for this competitive season. Any ideas?

Apprently i did not get a response because they thought my post on here was just me "kidding around". still no card. Worst customer service ever.
