No competitive season reward?

For both the last two seasons (the one that just ended and the one prior) I have not received the season reward promised at the end of the season. My friend is having same issue, is there some delay on when we get them or is this a bug report? I haven't received any of the coins for either of these seasons my PSN ID is aldric_18 . Please either rectify this or let me know when we will finally get it. Thank you.
