Incentives:

- Trades: GM to GM will be approved daily at 10pm east

* Sat. 7pm - Mon. 7pm EST deadline (for upgrades)
* Mon. 7pm - Wed. 7pm EST deadline (for downgrades)
* Wed. 7pm - Sat. 7pm. EST deadline (for 1 for 1 trades)
With this very NEW FA concept on trial. I want to ensure that all is aware of what’s expected in ONE message. You have 23 hrs to present an offer to a player(s) that interest you. Each player has specific bid requirements. Some have exact or similar. The last hr is strictly to nego on where your ww lands you and if you have multiple offers that are the same. You would be able to swap with the bidding player(s) already in the qualifying bid. You cannot add any NEW player(s) to the FAs in the final hr. Since these FAs are going to be determined on SC and WW. I expect all offers to be sent direct to me via skype. Anything time stamped 8:01pm east will be rejected.
Offers that come in last min will not be given the opp to revise if it’s not matching the requirements. Again; this is not nego….get them into me early incase we need to revise. Furthermore, I expect some to try to snipe in without being challenged on a counter. Do that; and it immediately opens the door for GMs bidding to counter. I will advise those affected only thru PM/msg via skype. They will be aware of the undercut that you’re prosing and will be offered to counter that move.
This seems like alot of info. But, this msg is clear and concise. I
will be dealing with offers coming in late. I strongly suggest everyone be transparent on offers so others can make educated moves. 11 FAs available. That’s 11 teams can benefit. Play fair….I’ll be watching to see how this process plays out. Make it work guys...msg me feedback later so we can make better. thnx

This is the FINAL assessment on Tier ranking based on current rosters with drafted players. Keep in mind this is strictly focused on #86s vs #SC.
Teams will compete in Groups to sign a FREE Agents using the specific bid requirements. Only BASE cards will be accepted and "Waiver Wire" is the only tiebreaker to win.
Should you use LR prior to this FA; your WW will move. So, make smart trades and watch the WW of the other GMs in your Tier. MSG me directly for clarification. GL

Due to the forum change; we've lost contact with many forum members and it has become difficult to msg ppl. I don't want to wait too long to make this decision. So, I'm pulling the trigger now.
As of right now; I've consolidated NYR and NYI rosters with VAN opening. Moving a # of players to LR.
VAN is open in hopes to find 1 GM out there to respond to my call.
Please note; we'll award 3-0 win for everyone vs NYR and NYI.
