With Crashing Market, Will it Bounce Back ?
Whats up guys, i would like to hear some opinions here as i am really stuck and i have no idea what i should do right now lol.....
Days before MOV came out i dropped about 325K on 5 carbons (65K each) since last set i saw them creep up as high as 85-90K... now they are going for 60K LMAO
... but i will ride it out until i can AT LEAST get my money back or if i find a set worth completing in my eyes.. I have a few players on my team that i want to sell to upgrade and get new players but base cards took quite a hit...
DUCHENE (finally back up 90K so i will sell soon)
88 PARISE (currently 20K)
87 KREIDER (currently 4K)
87 B.Ryan (currently 3K)
87 Carlsson (currently 3K)

QUESTION 1
Will the above players come back up value or should i sell them now? Wait a week, maybe two or 3?
QUESTION 2
I have roughly 100 (85&86) Rare Gold Players and 150 (Non Rare) Gold Players...
Should i sell them for 550 and 250 each (respectively) which will yield roughly 90K?
Or should i save them for maybe a new gold player trade in set?
**please answer both questions, obviously these will be opinions, but they will all be appreciated**

For your no value players just keep them or quicksell them.
87's and below if they creep up it will only be slight, probably within 5-10%, if at all. At least as far as base cards go.
Basically, you have a major demand problem for collectibles of all kinds, but especially golds and carbons, coupled with a glut of supply. You either ride it out (probably until at least mid-December if they don't do a better job with sets) or take your losses and run.
not selling those carbons until I can at least get 75K each I don't think. I would rather wait it out
the market will raise a bit today and drop heavily tomorrow, especially base cards. Duchene, toews,etc will drop again in 60k range and will raise again but during this movmonth base cards have no value, 87s are worth 2-3 ( except kessel and some others) Carbons will raise again but this month alot of packs are being ripped so people have many items to create more carbons. I have quicksold all my 86-85 players. If u are clever u can make alot of coins grinding the market with 300-400k , my advice , focus on totw market

also, most of the "Promo Packs".. which is what MOST people are ripping, have mostly Rare Players, and not as many "items" which can be traded in for collectibles...
for the previous sets they went as high as 90K... plus smart people working the market will be stocking up on these cheap carbons while they can (including myself) and either using them for sets to sell the player at a profit, or simply selling the carbons for a profit.
As far as my good base cards go, should I sell these now? and rebuy them in a few days? I have:

Good Gawd that's a killer top 7 on a Lot of teams! I wouldn't know how to advise your situation, but I'd say bottom three maybe 4 could be sold. I see a LOT of them on the block. Moreso than the other 3-4.
It was an easy decision but the market is straight dumb sometimes
