Please help bap potential

I know not many of u play bap but if u do and know the answer to my question I am all ears. In bap my goalie after game one was all fringe. It never changed. Also I was rated low. Does it potential ever change and does it effect if or if not u start in playoffs. Over done 3 nhl seasons 3 nhl seasons and 2 Hal seasons. Made playoffs all seasons never started playoffs. Started over bap had a good gAme one and was potential Hal started and medium. Sorry such a long question
